Project 1:

Objective:
Develop a bespoke, strategic methodology that would monitor the ‘life-cycle’ of a consumer product so that we could help implement new procedures via an Integrated Product Policy (IPP) that would reduce environmental impact.

Solution:
Intensive research resulted in establishing new insights into world-wide sourcing and the life-cycle of a product, with hard facts that formed the basis for making future manufacturing decisions and realising improvements in shipping and packing – IPP is a win-win situation for manufacturers, suppliers and consumers.

Project 2:

Objective:
Increase the chemical safety of products, due to increasing pressure and media exposure from consumer protection organisations.

Solution:
A series of complex testing procedures, controlling measures and certification processes based on international legal requirements and NGO standards were installed, which is now mandatory for all suppliers and annually actualised; they decrease the probability of product rejections at customs and reduce the risk of physical reactions from wearing a product with untested, chemical additives.
