Objective:
TM 50 |An existing production building was planned to be reconstructed into a building of 40.600 m² for offices and shops.

The target for the project was to follow sustainability rules for green building and get the certification of the green building standard LEED

Solution:
Intechnica´s duty was to accompany all included organisations, planners suppliers and builders and prepare all documents to fulfill the requirements for the planned “gold” standard (TM 50) of LEED certification, which we have transmitted to the LEED council in Washington. As a result of following sustainable aspects within the construction and the building process the result also was an enormous economical value for the renting out companies as well an added value for the building for the owner himself.
